VACANCY: motogb Marketing & Brand Co-Ordinator (motorcycling)
Motogb is a family-owned business that has been supplying motorcycles and scooters in the UK for over 40 years and is the UK distributor for multiple brands, including VOGE, Benelli, Hero, Morbidelli, Lambretta and SYM. From our Lancashire headquarters, motogb also operates the largest motorcycle and scooter dealer network in the UK.
The Vacancy
motogb are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Brand Co-Ordinator to join our Motorcycle Team, based at Adlington Chorley.
Location
Due to the expectations of the role, the successful candidate would be based at our Head Office in Adlington Chorley.
Introduction
The successful candidate will support and drive the co-ordination of our team resources, project management, adhering to brand guidelines, planning and key reporting.

Role responsibilities
Creating engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Filming and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, walkarounds, launches etc.)
Producing longer-form YouTube content and optimising titles, thumbnails and tags
Planning and executing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, Google ads, Boosting and lead generation)
Developing creative advertising concepts for new model launches and seasonal promotions
Managing community engagement and growing our social audience through influencer-led content
Handling inbound enquiries and nurturing leads via WhatsApp Business
Supporting events, launches and promotional campaigns with digital content
Co-ordination of team resources, project management, planning and key reporting.
Supports Marketing team in managing Marketing processes, project planning within the team, to ensure on time and effective delivery of activities.
Manage Marketing plans, reporting and timelines on tools such as Planner, Jira or Excel.
Co-ordination of monthly Marketing and KPI dashboard reporting in collaboration with key stakeholders.
The Marketing and Brand co-ordinator will be the guardian of the Brands and ensure our Brands is compliant externally and internally.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta for Business, photo and video editing, and PowerPoint.
Events - We attend national events, such as Motorcycle Live, ABR Festival, etc, where attendance would be valued.
Desired qualities
Genuine interest in motorcycles (riders strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp channels
Proven experience creating social media content that performs
Strong video editing skills with creativity
Experience running paid ads
Experience with design software, Adobe, Canva, Capcut would be advantageous
Understanding of the UK motorcycle market and rider segments
Creative thinker who can develop campaign ideas — not just post content
About you
Understanding of Marketing planning, through university degree or previous experience
Excellent all-round communication and writing skills, with the ability to summarise key messages in a clear, concise way.
Ability to build strong partnerships and friendly working relationships.
Excellent project planning and people skills
